Often sidewalks where they cross driveways are sloped sideways and can easily cause scooter to tip over. Been there, done that, track is very narrow and C.G. is high. If your a stoke victim and the down slope is on your weak side it's a big problem.

I like it very much but the mileage, speed and range is very low. My friend has one and she is a tiny person and must plug in everywhere she goes. So if you are visiting friends and family that's ok. Or if you're at a theme park and don't mind stopping to charge up, it could work. Depends on your lifestyle and goals/intention/use. My guess is that someone who is a bit timid and wants excellent speed control would like this because it will only go about as fast as a slow walk. Some people may welcome that. Or, those that are not real good at steering and operating equipment may like it ...or those having balancing issues because it is almost impossible to lose control on it. Thanks!

Depends on weight of user but 8 miles is avg.
