Lovely stuff Moses! Have eaten many times here. Great place. Outside is much better than inside. Inside is sometimes pretty claustrophobic, was talking about pre-COVID times 😄

I did show your video to the staff there and told them to get me exactly the same.. 😍 Also went to the old Bakery there.. Owner was kind and amazing place. Thanks for your wonderful vlogs. Based on your suggestions I went to Viva panchim n had food. The food taste was not good at all. Chicken cafreal masala is good but something missing. Ordered fish cocktail sizzlers as well bad taste n it was sweet did not enjoyed n even we tried all 3 sweet dishes n only caramel pudding was ok ok nothing great. Whole group got dissappointed. The waiter did not even bothered to serve food and he was busy serving other's n we have to call him ask to serve n he served us mannerless n rudely which is a turn off for me. The only thing waiter did wad explaining food n after ordering it was dissappointment. The worst reception n food on 24 Oct 2021. Ordered veg food n that too pathetic. Served mushroom manjurian n that too stale ugh. Others may have different opinion but this is our experience shared. Might be they are getting more customers so they are ignoring the basic courtesy. All together not worth the hype. Our group will never recommend Viva. Those who enjoy spice less n simple food with no expectations can go. Go at your own risk.

As you can see from the various other comments many people had a good time. But with restaurants this is bound to happen at some point to someone.
