A few years back when Mumbai & d Indian Parliament was attacked by hard-core terrorists from our neighbouring country, d attack was being relayed live on TV, whereby d Terrorist handlers sitting there watching, were in turn giving d terrorists live inputs & instructions accordingly. Still d Goa Police has not learned its lesson yet on high confidentiality, esp when any vital leads, wd alert d culprits to change course with d CCTV footage shown & their sending teams to nab them r made public. Was there only one conniving cop with d culprit, where were d others? Is it possible for anyone to just walk in & out, without bumping into anyone - No. By this escape, & then mkg d clip public like d Sextortionist case, d pointer points to d Police tkg instructions from d Politiician to shield someone. Nothing happens without a recce & nexus - Then they wd mk this small fry a scapegoat by elimination to safeguard their identities.
