Police and RTO authorities waited for two women to die before taking this action. RTO knew of minors on road on bike n driving cars Driving without licence is an offence. And RTO should have taken action much sooner. Plus the SOUND from bullet bike on the road is too much and is mental harassment for people on road plus senior citizens. One young lady fell down from her bike due to the sound when bullet bike passed by her. She had to be operated for serious knee injury. Was on bed rest for two months. RTO requesting you to pls stop noise from bullet bikes. Bullet owners want to show off. But it's mental harassment for others.

But no one talking about practical speed limit in highway ....I saw a 40 km/hr speed limit in New zuari Road...my suggestion is to have atleast 80km/hr as vehicle is achieving speed of 100 kmph quite easily so 80 will be sufficient for that highway
