May his soul rest in peace. 🙏 This very bad. Electric vehicles, first of all are silent. People cannot hear them coming. Rules should be changed with immediate effect. Riders must have a license & wear helmet. This boy should never be given a license for life. Parents license should also be revoked / cancelled for life. Giving fines is not the solution.

One never does learn - looking at neighbors, ones child throws up tantrums or else in absence of d fathers/parents knowledge quietly take d keys & move around on d main roads to put themselves, d own vehile, d opposite individual, vehicle o property. Put up hoardings outiside schools/colleges that a minor with a licence if meets with any accident, d parents wd b solely held responsible. The cost of damage to ones own or d opposite may be affordable, but when there is a fatal accident, d Multiplier factor as per d Earning capacity of d victim goes to unimaginable Amounts as d same goes into d Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal which due to staggering hearings d Interest on Interest is indeed high, and even if d vehicle is insured, d Ins Co wd reject d claim on d simple grounds of unauthorised driving, of no driving licence by a minor.
