I can't believe we are in Q3! Love the layout. I do IF for my fasting and I do 20/4 to help me lose weight

That's great! My OMAD fasting helps me maintain, but hasn't really led to any permanent weight loss.

Oh Stephanie, I will be keeping your goals now in front of me in prayer. I appreciate your transparency discussing your weight loss goals, business goals and home organization goals, I have to purged too, and need to create a plan on how to do that? Also, I did IF back in 2020 to 2023 and still didn’t get the weight down I wanted to. I tried different things, and now am really wanting to do some movement on a regular basis to burn calories, eat on time and at regular intervals, and push myself to be consistent. I get so distracted and bogged down in what I am doing, I don’t eat but once to twice per day. Then i have hunger headaches. I probably need to track my symptoms of when I don’t eat on time. So, you are amazing, and please know it is so inspiring to see you with your goals broken down to such simple processes, I pray you will achieve all you set out to do. I have a business venture that I don’t feel yet prepared to do, but I want to write out baby-step plans to achieve where I want to be and how I want to feel one the way. I have anxiety, and don’t want to overwhelm myself, but want to accomplish the things I want to do. So grateful for your channel always. I will use what you shared in this video to make my goals broken down to more manageable levels. Thanks so much for how you teach and share about your own life, how you are taking us on this journey with you and helping us achieve what we would like to also😅! You have such a gift of explaining hard to understand concepts like goal setting, and you aways make everything you do, so pretty!!!! Thanks Stephanie 😊, Arlene 😅

I did that all last year if you want to see the process. Time has been a bit limited so I am doing the review more in my head verses writing it out this year. However, I am still reviewing & assessing my progress at the end of every month and quarter. It is helps me figure out what needs to happen next, goal-wise.
