Don't know which ones he uses, but personally I use Unihoc's Shinguard Function SR (the long ones). After 1h30mins they're still in the same place as they were when I started and my knees don't hurt a bit. Always remember to stand up when the ball's far away from you. Saves the knees and gives better mobility + oversight of the game.

i would prefer precision kneepads. they are soft and feel good against your skin. they dont even slide off your knees cause it has that sticker kind of thingy :)

No the guy in the video uses way to big movements with his legs, when you use that kind of movement it has to be short and quick moves so you easy can follow with the ball holder and still have balance and control.

Salming shoes are based on that kind of shoe he's is wearing (wrestling shoes) the difference is that salming have slide protection.
