"tuck in" 😂 basically not be too wide too early, because the space between the CB and RB needs to be small to protect the dangerous space. I like them to leave space for the winger as the winger isn't dangerous until they have the ball. So when the ball goes to them, or the play moves towards them, you can get tighter, but never too early

Nice mate! I've played there a good few times. Honestly, your body will just adjust over time. I would suggest a warmup and warm down, sounds simple but just be strict and do it every time. Also, try a little yoga routine at home, you'd be surprised how much that can help 💪 enjoy it mate!
