SAVVY SKILLS - Episode 3 Half Highs, Day 3 Application
Today I pulled out my awesome @blockstar_fh jersey and my ball machine to show you all some “game like” half highs, since many of those during a game are not the perfectly placed ones that I showed you earlier.
We talk a little about some mistakes and show the corrections. We also reiterate the importance of taking your hands if you are not 100% sure that you will make clean contact with the ball.
