Hi Jacinta, this is made without any preservatives, hence you can store in the refrigerator for a week long. But I assure you, it won’t last that long because it’s super delicious and you can’t wait to finish it off.. 😊❤️

1 cup = 240ml You need not go by the exact measuring cup. You can take any cup or bowl from the kitchen and measure all the ingredients in the same cup or bowl. I have used 1 big coconut & 3 palm Jaggery cubes. But, size of your coconut & jaggery cubes may vary from mine. That’s why I suggest you to go by cup or bowl measurements: 3 cups shredded coconut 1 & 1/2 Cup “GRATED” palm Jaggery 1/2 Cup Rice Flour 1 & 1/2 Cup Thick Coconut Milk 2 & 1/2 Cups Thin Coconut Milk Hope this clears your doubt Thanks for your lovely comment 😊❤️❤️
