Because of this situation, We Goans need to local government like RGP. goans will get peace,if only RGP party is in powered otherwise We have to only barking like greedy street dogs. Fake advocate, activist, currupt outside ghantties parties can't do anything for the Goa and goans .this time pass We seen past 50/60 years but good for nothing 👎👎👎 because of this kind of gawar our beautiful mother earth has been finished.

Our Panchayat in Santa Cruz is the same. They increased House transfer fees from 5,000 ₹ within a year to 10,000/- and then to 25,000/- increase for House transfer fees. So everyone wants to make money. Panchayat and Government are hand in gloves.

Will Government pay 3 times the rate supposedly being enhanced by them, without the land loser filing a suit for payment as would be required to be done previously under protest after receiving a pittance when notice for land acquisition is published.
