I heard the videos in it I heard him to be polite and well mannered and in my opinion correct. Can I say the say the same for the rest of the so called locals. All people from across India are welcome to buy property in Goa. There is NO RESTRICTIONS on buying Orchard or Commercial or Settlement Land in Goa. Do NOT worry about the few of trolls who complain about 'outsiders'. These Trolls exist all over the world and in all cities. The Landowners are more than happy to sell to the purchaser who will pay what he asks for, rather than deal with riff rafs who wants to create controversies and then purchase the land for cheap. Some people who spoke about selling Goa to 'outsiders' have today sold their own land to these people. A recent example is a prime Beachfront property in Miramar which sold for 25cr to these 'outsiders'. So 'Outsiders' please come and buy Goa, because our goans are busy with our CRAB MENTALITY and fighting against our own people.
