Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cloves 25
Pepper corn 10
Cinnamon
Mace
Nutmeg
Star anise
Black cardamom 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 2
Tomato chopped 2
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Tried this recipe today. It came out awesome. Although I prepared it just using ur garam masala recipe instead. I served it with some lemon wedges on the side. It was yumm. This is my favourite chicken recipe now. Also, I think I will try using the extra gravy as a base for plain fried omelette for breakfast. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe

It is not called Chicken Rassa.its Chicken Xacuti.There is no such recipe of Goa called as Goan Chicken Rassa.Ur recipe is Chicken Xacuti...

This is not xacuti this is Hindu dish so don't say anything about it. For xacuti we don't have Tomatoes. This is her own dish. She even has video on xacuti. Also watch Fatima kitchen for xacuti.
