Goan Tomato Salad Bhaji | Quick Goan Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients for Goan Tomato Salad Bhaji:
Oil
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tspn
Jeera - 1/2 tspn
Methi Seeds - 1/4th tspn
Curry leaves - 4
Onion - 1 cup sliced
Tomatoes - 5 or 3 cups chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/4th tspn
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt - 1 tspn or to taste
Water - 1/4th cup
Jaggery Powder - 1 tspn or to taste
Garam Masala - 1/4th tspn
Dhaniya
Note: You may also use a combination of green Chillies and red Chili powder but in the morning rush, I skip the green chillies 🙂
