They work hard over there , they labour day and night to earn a living... They Work with dignity...they are not ashamed of cleaning toilets or mopping floors... They make a living by doing hard work... And in that country all work is respected... That country and its people practice something called as the dignity of labour... Goans working in that land don't sell land or properties to make money and to improve their standard of living... They just work hard and yes they are not ashamed of doing humble work ... Because of that work ,they were able to take care of their families back here in Goa , and were able to educate their children and at the same time were able to support their communities back here in Goa , in every way ..
