As far as cuticles I'm always amazed at people who work with wire whose hands aren't torn up. My fingers pretty much stay shredded. 💜 I was looking for ideas for a pair of earrings I'm making and this finally did it. A modified version of it, at least. 😊

Thank you for sharing and please, don't apologise for being human! I doubt a man would apologise for cuticles or shaking hands. You are a brilliant artist and your hands are your tool :)

Thanks for the video! The technique for wire weaving is so similar to the lines in cotton/twine name friendship bracelets that I am going to make a wire name tag using two tones of wire. I am super excited to add this to my list of unique embellishments!

Hi, Nicole, loved this tutorial. I tried it and it worked after three tries. I was looking for a tutorial to make a treble cleft pendant for my daughter’s cello teacher. I found a picture of one you made on Pinterest but couldn’t find a tutorial for it. Do you have one?

HI, After you apply your patina to it, do you seal it with something so the patina doesn't wear off?
@GoArtYourself8 жыл бұрын
The patina will not wear off and will actually continue to darken without continuous care. I do not seal my work with anything since all sealants are temporary anyway, and just prefer to provide a care card with each piece.

You mention you would not use this to hold the hair up on its own, only as an accent piece, why is this and what would you do to make it able to hold the hair up on its own?
