Bloat should always be taken seriously. He was not in obvious pain or stressed, kicking his belly etc. but you did the right thing. Good work.

Glad Samuri is on the mend , sick animals is so scary . Free feeding baking soda can help with bloat .

So glad he is okay! I lost my goat to bloat last year. She was my 4-H goat and just about 12 so I can understand how you were feeling as he started bloating. I should definitely get that Anti-Gaz stuff for my herd. Also, love the typical Sask windshield lol.

Most animals are the same. When they don't eat suddenly, something wrong. You know your animal, You'll know when something is amiss.

So sorry that Samurai was poorly and that you took him to the vets. He will be back to normal in a few days. You did everything right checking him over and then taking him to the vets. I took my 4 dogs to the vets ,for flea treatment and wormers.It cost me £380 I nearly fell to the ground.Everything has got so expensive.Is your vet expensive. Take care and Keepsafe.🥰😀😷🦋🐄🐐🐇🏴

I can feel your pain my golden retriever isn’t feeling well and I have to bring him to the vets in the morning he’s my fur baby and I love him so I hope your animal feels a lot better soon just take a deep breath my friend everything is going to be okay

I had a calf that had Bloat and what I did was push it up against a post and I kept pushing into its side I Wasn't Hurting the Calf I was so tired I kept it up for over an hour and The Calf give out a Huge Burp a couple of times the Smell from its breath was So Bad thank goodness I had a strong stomach LOL but thank goodness the calf was Well Again. I feel for you it is upsetting to see one of your animals ill xx

OMG you shouldn't be driving with the cracks that bad in the Windshield even though it is Toughened Glass here in Australia you would be stopped by the Police and not allowed to drive it until it is fixed Please Take Care x

Depends on how long the appointment is; looks it was a quick appointment; so probably less then $50. She was able to bring her goat to the Vet; so it cost way less then it would for the vet to make a house call to their farm.
