Goat Cheese

It's been a while since I've made some goat cheese and decided to make some for our charcuterie boards. The kids were so excited to see the goats and of course me too! Can't wait to retire to raise some of my own haha.
Anyways, in the olden days, like in the bible times everyone made their own cheese either from goats or sheeps. This encouraged me to make some years ago. I enjoy making it and I hope you enjoy this video too. Follow along for the recipe and instructions which I think is the easiest to make.
