7:09 - when someone runs out of cards after the draw pile is exhausted (e.g., they have no moves and discard their last card), are they immune to attack, or are they simply powerless to defend themselves?

Game End: when the draw pile is gone, the players continue playing until one player has run out of cards. Once the first player runs out of cards in their hand, each player gets one more turn! No heard is protected when a player goes out!

You said the first birthing can never be stolen. Doesn't Russian goatlette move your first birthing away if it's the only stack you have?

Yes you can move it, but at that point the new bottom stack cannot be stolen.

What's unclear is the instruction said to replenish the discard pile and it should never be empty. Does it count when there are action cards but no goat card in the discard pile? And when do you replenish the discard pile? At the end of the player's turn, or as soon as the last discard card is used?

If the discard pile contains 5 or more goat cards at the time the Draw Pile becomes empty, then shuffle the remaining discard pile and continue drawing from it as the Draw Pile.

Discard pile should never be empty via instructions, so replenish immediately. Any card, goat/action, not wild counts as the discarded pile requirements fulfilled.

Rules says you must do 1 of the 5 choices Birth, Assisted Birth, Duel, Action or Discard. Unless an Action let's you have more plays...

Don't forget to restock from the pile so you have five cards in your hand - at one stage you only had four...

First off, great family. Second you made a mistake. No one restocks their hand until a turn is over and the starting player restocks first. Also game starts with 5 cards for each player and 6 if just 2 are playing.
