If you have already made changes when you were still on a lower Illuminati rank, these must also be changed again. I got that and then i watched the video again and changed all the decorations to look like the video’s and it worked and make sure your castle is at S Tier.

I FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET THE 'Move! That! Bus!' ACHIEVEMENT. You need to defeat the farmer 1st then change every decoration, after that, you should get the achievement

Yeh not the case. Beat the farmer, not getting it.

​@@floobersmanafter you get the final rank of the goat tower you will need to do a boss fight with the farmer then you will be able to get his skin and do this achievement.
