Aloo pakode da crispy texture te spicy masala sab nu pasand aunda hai. Tusi chaat masala, jeera, te ajwain da istemal karke unhan da swaad hor vi vadha sakde ho. Koi khas chutney naal serve karna vi changa lagda hai, jaise ki tamatar di chutney ya dhaniya-mint chutney. Tuhada favorite combination ki hunda hai?

Then, drain it and dip the florets in cold water to stop the cooking process. After that, coat them in the gram flour mixture and fry them. This method works well if you prefer a softer texture inside but still want crispy pakoras

Pakode soft banan layi kujh tips try karo: 1. Besan de mixture nu thoda time rakh ke banavo: Besan da batter tayar karan to baad usnu 10-15 minute rakh ke, phir fry karo. Eh nal besan de granules achhe tarike naal full jande ne. 2. Baking Soda yaa Ajwain da istemaal: Halka jeha baking soda yaa ajwain mix karan naal pakode soft te crispy bannde ne. Par baking soda zyada na paavo, nahi ta pakode oily ho jande ne. 3. Paani di thik matra: Batter ch paani kadhe zyada na paavo, na hi bilkul thick ho. Medium consistency better rahegi. 4. Tepid Oil ch fry karo: Pakode nu garam oil ch pa ke, thoda halki aanch te fry karo. Direct tezi naal fry karan naal pakode hard ho jande ne. 5. Yes oily but this is halwai recipe .. you can make in air fryer with less oil
