Hi Billy, may I ask how do you conjugate for tense for both adjective and Action verb forms? It seems like the tense is conjugated in both the verb/adjective that 척 하다 acts on and also in 척 하다 itself? Thanks :)

I have videos about how to conjugate verbs on my channel ("Learn Korean" Ep. 70, 91, and 92).

안녕하세요! I was wondering, how do you know when to say ~적을하다 instead of ~적하다? Would it ruin the meaning of my sentence if I forgot to add the 을? Or would it ruin it more if I used the 을 in the wrong sentence? Thank you ^^

In 척(을) 하다, the 을 is optional. Feel free to remove it or add it, and it won't make your sentence wrong.

What's the difference between 대화하다, 말하다 and 얘기하다
@GoBillyKorean2 жыл бұрын
The quick answer is "to converse," "to say/speak" and "to talk (about)" or "to have a conversation," but each one is a unique word. The dictionary will provide more examples to see how they're used, but these aren't words that get confused with each other since they have different uses grammatically in Korean. For example, you wouldn't "have a conversation Korean language" grammatically, but you could "speak Korean" for example, or you could "have a conversation IN the Korean language."
