at least its a nature-themed aesthetic, you have to buy very little at least in terms of decor! for plants I've started to grow seeds from avocados and other fruits and such, and I have a bunch of decor made from sticks, dried flowers, and jam jars/glass bottles from the side of the road! Stock images that don't have obvious watermarks and/or any drawings/paintings you make yourself are also great for decor. Clothing-wise, save any clothes that get stained or torn and fix them up in a goblin-y way! Depending on, you could tie-dye the stained clothes, or sew it into patchwork, or use it to make patches for torn clothing!

As a very minor d&d nerd the idea of living in a fantasy world would be amazing but the only thing that I would have to say that I would want is plumbing and running water that is literally it I will not be doing my business in the freaking woods.
