OMG, I was literally chatting with god yesterday for help with stress from a current circumstance i have little control over and I've always been kinda lazy in my prayers / chats by saying "you know what i'm talking about" instead of being specific and stating what i'm feeling and why. This video (like all others) is so synchronous because it reminded me that the chat isn't only for god to understand what i'm talking about, but for myself to understand what i'm talking about. You're awesome Paula :)

Permit yourself to see things from more angles than you have been experiencing. Be willing to let go of your old perspectives. Step outside of your comfort zone and remove that old t shirt you have been clinging to. There is nothing that cannot be improved with the help of God and your angels. Painful emotions are the result of clinging to something that does not work. Thank you so much
