Makes sense. Akuma achieve this divine power when Rugal transferred it into him and later on, the entity (be it Orochi or his followers, the Hakkesshu) granted him more power. Asura is the result of the Satsui No Hadou and Orochi's power merged into one. Rugal thought he had control over the 2 but became a puppet to the combined power, giving birth to a new evil.

God Akuma should be in SF6, capcom. Quit giving us the nerfed garbage version of Akuma to appease the communist "balance" community.
