We started the process April 17, 2020. We received the clear to close from the bank on May 20, 2020 and we closed on our new home May 29, 2020!

GOD IS SOOO GOOD! Congratulations Houston’s!!! He is so AWESOME we just need to be faithful!!! He did the same thing for me…when I saw my house I wasn’t even looking in this neighborhood for a house. God set everything in motion the bank, the title co., the lawyers, all the paperwork was ready before the scheduled closing date. They called me and asked me if I wanted to close early because they were ready. God took care of everything. My house is a dream house and I thank God EVERYDAY. When people tell me how nice it is I tell them it’s only by God’s Grace. I stunning too. I purchased my 4K sq foot house alone, I am a single woman. God can and will do Anything. Man, Ya'll, let me just say everything works in God's timing. I came home tonight from work, preparing myself to get in my Word and listening to all the oldies but goodies of Daryl Coley (rest in heaven, missed but not forgotten) at 8:45pm, it is now 11:41pm and I just listened to how you all met. Smh, and M&M, y'all truly have blessed my socks totally off, and I normally have on socks, lol. I am 54 years young and neva, not never, but neva been married and believe me when I say my level of Faith has risen straight to the top! And babyI have no doubt my husband is right around the corner. Currently, I am fasting, praying, and seeking God for purpose, and that husband IS on that list, and I know TIMING is everything according to Eccles. Congratulations!! What a story very similar to mines!! As a single woman divorced after 24 yrs of marriage post divorce 4 years I purchased in 2021 during the pandemic. I prayed,blessed anointed the home with oil during the showing got outbidded two weeks later seller's agent called my agent and said the financing of the buyers fell through and was I still interested I said yes because that is my house!! GOD TOLD ME 🙏🏾 🙌 I put another offer in and wrote a dear seller letter in four hours was advised that my offer was accepted. God can and will do anything!!

Sometimes I think God wants things to be just between you and Him because it builds trust and faith in Him. I like how you kept it to yourselves as a family and then when God spoke to you Mario, it was like He was saying I hear you, I'm going to do it for you, and it needs to be between you and me until I bring it to pass--I'm strengthening your walk with me; you're building our relationship!
