Right before the new year I was in much prayer for the year ahead seeking a word for this year so I prepare. I tried to renegotiate with God about my destiny, because He has shown me the promise land is flowing with milk and honey and is exceedingly good, but there are still giants to fight. Those giants were scaring me so I started trying to rearrange some things, to avoid the giants. Sometimes I ask Jesus, if you died and paid for it....why am I going through it. Even though the bible says if he went through it we will (maybe I read it as might), but take heart because he has overcome the world. I'm still wondering why do I have to deal with this. 🔥🔥🔥 All or at least most of it Millie resonates. When I started this journey/process I was definitely more accessible to him. I was used to his goodness. I don't recognize or enjoy this other part of the father (lol). He told me I would be stronger and I could feel/sense I was being strengthened early on as the warfare began. The disappointment, the delay, the uncertainty has prompted a little distrust of God (dumb) has caused a little stoniness of the heart. This is my word because I don't really know what God wants me to do.....I got a plan b, c, d...rather path b, c and d because I feel like I need to figure it out on my own, cause I'm not hearing/seeing anything specific. Few wks ago I told God I need a word and he said surrender. Like are you telling me to give up, at least for now, all my interests/pursuits plus the anything else you want me to stop doing. I would never have thought as you grow in him it gets harder yet as I think about words he's given me over the years it makes sense. My flesh is just .
