Encounter is an experience? What type? Angelic encounters? i thought that "you must be born again" is the stuff that Jesus talks about.

The Bible from beginning to end is about people who encountered God. Abraham, Moses, David, Elijah, Peter, Paul etc. And yes, one should be born again as well. Modern Christianity, for many, has become a powerless, encounterless dry religion, lacking what scripture is full of. Thanks for commenting. :)

@@KingdomUnleashedAndreKruger So glad you made a 180° turn & mentioned that encounters that matter are the God-ones & not the angel-ones. Abraham, Moses, David & Elijah are Old Testament. Peter & Paul were born again, so it wasn't a matter of them should be born again, Jesus said to Nicodemus "you MUST be born again". Please don't preach another gospel!

​@alwinengelbrecht3012 experience should never be more important than scripture. Though we are born again, we are still flesh. God is righteous and therefore the book of Hebrews clearly states that Christ is our mediator.
