Recently came across these guys. How I didn't know after 23 years of listening to death metal I didn't know they existed?? This album has been played many many times and has in my mind the purest death metal sound there is. This has made it into my top 10 albums. Quality you see. Unfortunately many death metal bands can get the sound but not the vocals as an example, and for one reason or another cant get the whole package together.

Probably one of the best shows i've seen was in a little hole in the wall here in Vancouver. 2010 Overkill , Vader, God Dethroned, and Evile. They were all fuckin wicked. It truly compares with Clash of the Titans in 90 with Slayer , Anthrax, and Megadeth, with AIC opening. May Fortune walk with you guys!

I did not really enjoy passiondale that much, if i had to pick one GD record i would say 'The Lair Of The White Worm' partly nostaligia and also due to the album of course. I did not know what to expect really but i am very pleasently surprised by this album. I won't say back on form as they never lost it but i will say this one hits harder than passiondale.
