I grew up in a Church that was very much YOU (I) go out and save people. And oh the pressure!! And it took awhile to realise that I don’t need to save anyone!! Jesus already did that! The perfect participle in the Greek, once for all for all time. Jesus does the saving, not me! But what I do do, is live it out with God’s help as best I can, love it out with God’s help as best I can, and talk about it with God’s help as best I can realising that I’m part of a community and I’m one person in the greater body of Christ and HE saves not me! I just do what HE asks as best I can, repent when I screw up, and keep moving forward, stay still when needed, and pray unceasingly (except when sleeping!!). Thanks for your sharing and teaching. Always good and encouraging ☺️
