I know when I was filled with His Holy spirit I felt such energy coming from above, down through my body from my head downwards. like waves of warmth and love flowing from God. I know that the part of our brains that scientists say we dom not use is the part that is made alive when we turn to Jesus in repentance for the forgiveness of all our sins, and accept Him into our hearts and lives, as our saviour and Lord, then that part of our brain is lit up and activated, no other spiritual way does this, there is a 2 way path opened up between us and God. the vale is pulled back and His love and will is revealed to all believers, this is what He always intended for us, to have a one on one relationship with Him. by faith in His Son.

I at 20 am finally finding God and I feel better than I ever have. I feel like I am not alone. I was raised an atheist but in recent times I've felt bad feelings about myself, and my past behavior. I used to make jokes about Jesus and God and I feel like a horrible person for doing so, and partially my upbringing has to do with that but also I take responsibility for my words. I know Jesus will forgive me for my sins, as I truly want to repent. I have struggled with temptation and bad feelings a ton, and I feel like God has reached out to me in an attempt to pull me from the dangerous cycle. I feel like there is something out there for me and I have to speak to it. My belief is not strong yet perse, but I know I can build on this. I feel safe when I pray, even if I am a bit awkward and stutter when I do it. I want to begin going to church, and I am drawn to Catholicism. I feel like I can grow my faith and become a happier person knowing I'm not alone. Just having someone always looking out for me makes me feel whole, and I know if I have those thoughts of temptation again I can speak to God and he can pull me from it. The shame and embarrassment is bad, but I know I will be forgiven as long as I ask and truly repent. I feel like I have a new start, and even if my family doesn't believe, that doesn't mean I have to be held back by it. I can be my own person and I can serve God, and I'm excited to begin this chapter of my life.
