I gotta say for someone who hasn't done an animatic before you really out did yourself here, every character has a good amount of detail and I love that you didn't simplify their designs just to get the animatic out faster. overall this is a very solid animatic you've got potential to make even better ones in the future. =)

the rest if this musical is perfection, im surprised you made it out without tears but before you finish the rest of it, the tears will fall as they did for me, and ill enjoy watching it happen knowing they arent tears of pain but tears drawn because the musical is so powerful
