Not a glitch. Flicking the right stick up cancels animation, add this to that kick near a wall and you'll be able to do the same. Not exclusive to release version.

@@FunkVT I don't think there was any out bound glitch - if you're referring to the first few seconds where he enters another area (God Hand has no transition cutscenes to new areas in this stage iirc)
