My mom married 2 narcissists and I dated one for almost 3 years. What helps is to become aware of the tendency towards competitive victimhood, make small goals that you know you can accomplish instead of hanging on to one big goal and rushing yourself (I didn’t realize this was self sabotage due to the fact I already knew I couldn’t do it in that time frame), hear what the truth teller of the family has to say but communicate you need a second to process it if shame, shutdown, or fight or flight starts looming closely, embrace accountability and realize that your family doesn’t have the same motivations as they narcissist did towards anything accountability related, and of course prayer❤️ My mom and I still have to correct each others tendencies to blame the narcissist for every present day issue even though these people are no longer around and haven’t been for some time. So it’s definitely a process, but God is the God of breakthroughs and suddenlys just like Alwyn said🥰🤍

Alwyn, on the 31st of May I was talking with Jesus after praying when I woke up, then he opened a door in his chest and handed from his right hand toward mine giving me a silver key. He said only this: The Answer. Following this I actually found a small silver key I now wear on a chain around my neck as a reminder that he always has the answer for me. Suddenly, exactly one week ago today, something happened that changed my mind totally from where it was before, and now after grieving the loss I feel so much stronger in the Lord and in myself!

And I have been saying that the “trajectory of my health is heading upward”! Confirmation! Keep pouring out revelation! The Lord has had me go to a high mountain here near my home just to prophesy to dead bones in our “valley”. No one hears it in the natural, but I believe God is doing something big in the Spirit for our area. All of this started when I asked my husband for a word for me. He said, “You shall not die…, but live… and declare the works of the Lord” (Ps. 118:17). That was over a year ago. Since then my health has been steadily improving, without medical intervention. I have had a sickness that started 18 years ago that has caused destruction in my life. I recently gave God even more of my devotion asking Him to lead and make my path have a bright light. I asked that I would have amazing hearing and clarity to the Holy Spirts desires to fullfill my destiny and purpose. I have been getting breakthroughs thoughts of Healing and prosperity for His glory and purpose. The love and acceptance from God has been so strong. Wow! Right on time. Things have been absurdly hard for us this year. Incredible. This is the second time I have received this word. The first time was in 2009, and we were able to within 3 yrs, get out of debt, and buy a business, and buy a home. Praise the Lord! Thank you brother. Be blessed.

Testimony, I finished praying then came here never saw this channel or this man of God before. I just felt curious, so I looked and saw the views 77 then streamed 7 days ago and said well thats nice. Then I listen and I dropped the food I was eating and could not stop staring into your eyes for what you said was exactly what I have been going though. Then I listen more and you then get a word and said things about my exact situation and I start to cry and thank Jesus I have been going through something for around 100 days and I have been praying for around 5 years the Lord knows and is going to turn it around! He has been comforting me though I was singing a christian song walking one day each time I was going to and from the car since my radio went out then I get back home and he says fix the radio so I say ok and pull the fuse plug it back in and he says smack the radio so I do and wham! I am on my knees leaning into the car and full blast is the song exact verse I was singing all the day long to get through the heart ache. So I just laugh so hard and long and said thank you and I could care aless what people around me thought lol. But he showed me listen to christian music and times he will have a word for you through a verse in a moment and really think about that verse that he plays and its a comfort an assurance. Like times I feel down or unsure and the verse of a random christian song goes The One Who Never Fails I trust in God my savior. ect. So hold on tight a little longer and we are going to get our victory Praise the Lord. Perfect place perfect time.
