I’m a highschooler who doesn’t have much of anything I can do for the summer break (I can’t get out of the house and do things for financial reasons and I can’t hang out with friends very much--which, my friends are a huge supporting beam in my faith) so I don’t really do much that will help me grow in faith. I try reading my bible, I try praying to God, but I feel so disconnected and I feel like I’ve distanced myself from God. Infact, I have distanced myself from God. I’ve turned to worldly distractions like games and friends who aren’t the best for my faith. I don’t know how to get out of it. The distractions are so cultivating, and I feel like I’m losing my attention for God. I try so hard, but I feel like I’ll be too late, and there will be no relationship or salvation with God for me. What should I do?

Keep running to God, get involved in a church community and surround yourself with others who will lift you up and push you closer to God, bad company corrupts good character! It all changed for me when I found a loving supportive community who put Jesus first

Hey! I just want to remind you that God doesn’t need you to be perfect for him to love you or to bless you or to save you. When you were born, God loved you, God had already saved you (Jesus died on the cross) and God already blessed you with the gift of life. All you have to do is accept these gifts. So when you seek God, approach him as your loving father who has chosen you, not like someone who is trying to punish you for every missed step. Play some worship music in the background while you read your Bible and prepare your heart to receive God and to be in his presence. And you are never alone like James said, get more involved in church, maybe you make some more good friends there! Hope this helps.

God's plans is not finished, God's still writing and working for our future, God knows what will happen in the future, God hold our borrowed lives, so dont worrying about your sinful lifestyle, because God's plan is bigger than we think, God doesn't want us to perish and go to hell, God wants us to REPENT every sin that we do.. Trust in God! REPENT! Jesus always loves you all a lot! Have FAITH!✝️🙏🏻🐑🙌🏻💓🌱✨🎁🤍

I struggle with sin every day - for I am human. However, I still want to do right by Him. That's why I know that it's best to ALWAYS run to God, and repent. I needed this, Ferg. Thank you for letting God keep your alter burn, and not having it burn out. It inspires me to not let mine run out either. I MUST stay strong, and this video tells me that I can keep going. Thank you, and God for keeping you here.
