@@howardheaven Yes, I just posted the original written by the late Doris L. Brown and recorded by the Ebenezer Baptist church Mass Choir in 1990. Myself and Glen Jones sung on this recording with the EBMC. It's and honor to know others are singing it. Thank you!

Thank you for clearing that up for me. Most of our songs are composed by our members, usually directly from the scripture. I honestly thought this was one of our compositions....we have so many. Thanks again 😊

@@howardheaven Dear Bro. someone sent this beautiful rendition to me and it made my heart really glad. The choir recorded numerous albums (19 total), but never had national distribution, we were first and foremost a Sunday church choir and Mrs. Brown was a musical icon in our city. Her various renditions have been sung all over the world, and through KZbin I posted a majority of those recordings, and people respond just like you... It's a compliment, and I know her family is humbled and appreciative. We have church of your denomination in our city, and back in the day, they would come and render services to us...
