Put a cut onion in half’s and leave it near your bed or living room wherever you are chilling. I know it stinks but apparently the smell is some chemical/ingredient that helps you get well. Also Vicks nose inhaler thing it works to make the breathing less stuffy. If you have a humidifier a few drops of the Vicks/eucalyptus oil will also work. Feel better! Regarding the message I would gratefully appreciate the father if he cleared my name and restored my reputation. I tried to warn not one but several churches of things to come but I was turned away. They needed my intervention at a point from all the attacks they received. I tried to help I tried to warn but they associated me as the enemy for doing so.

I ghosted my ex-best friend two years ago, because I was tired of the dynamics in the relationship that benefited her but affected me. I wish you and your kids a speedy recovery, Stephanie. You know how Canadian weather goes at this time of the year lol. I have the flu, too, so I'm right here with you on the flu-train lol. Been going from shivering to hot, then back to shivering and so on all day. I'm not in the thick of the flu, though. I'm doing as the Holy Spirit told you to do lol. BTW, you're adorable lol. Adorable for so many reasons, tbh, lol. Sleep as much as you can, take vitamin C in bigger amounts than usual (the excess will be flushed out) to boost your immune system. Also, take 2 tablets of zinc every 2 hours on the first day (whatever day you start taking them it's your day one), then on the following days take 1 zinc tablet every 2 hours, it'll boost your immune system. If you have a sore throat, make a clover tea (put 6 cloves in a mug, pour boiling water on it, let it steep for 15 minutes, drink it, then fish out a clove and chew on it for a few minutes, and then spit it out). Also, add ginger, garlic, onions, and cayenne pepper to your soups. And put a thick layer of Vicks Vaporub on the sole of your feet, then put a pair of socks on and go to sleep (put some on your chest, too). This will help with the lung congestion. Also, avoid oranges/grapefruits (and their juice), and dairy products because they'll cause your body to create excessive mucus. Drink a lot of water (teas are good, too) to flush out the virus. Someone suggested to drink coconut water (for the electrolytes), though you can simply get some salt and ingest it with water and you'll get electrolytes that way. You should be up and running in no time. Lots of love to you and your kids.
