Jimmy John Morris has been serving in the Vineyard for 30 years. They served over 20 years at the Yakima, WA Vineyard, spent two years in Texas, and moved back to Kent, WA to serve as the senior pastor in 2017. Prior to serving in the Vineyard, he was a professional musician and an educator. He has a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from The Institute of Biblical Studies Seattle and a Masters of Arts degree in Global Urban Leadership from Bakke Graduate University. Jimmy John has also served on the Vineyard's Northwest Leadership team, as an area pastor, and served on both the NW youth and worship task forces. Jimmy John is passionate about seeing people become authentic followers of Jesus. He and his wife, Donna, have been married for 32 years and have two married children, David (& Shelby), and Sara (& Bryson), and he is a grandfather to Wesley, who he is now teaching how to play drums...at the age of two.
