I deal with rheumatoid arthritis.. I ignore my pain.. it's there.. but I give it no attention.. My hands are crippled and I crochet and play the piano the best I can . Lol.. I'm so glad that you actually mentioned the separation between mind and spirit, and how they need to coexist with one another. Most Church/Religion's do not, and that's where we remain lost and unable to find ourselves. The Bible does a fantastic job explaining this but unfortunately it's written in allegory, and requires professionals to interpret it.

Hey Kevin, ive been overloaded with this empathy and tears at times.. over the last year ive tried to keep it under control by being stoned. The being stoned is out of hand, like id rather be that than normal. Today and yesterday are my first days without it in a long time and i keep weeping and having visions. I dont want to be lukewarm anymore, what am i going through? Im not going to smoke anymore, it is made obvious to me now that it shrouds my ability to pray.
