Yeah, Benny is the issue. Not good against either of those enemies due to the self-pyro apply. Use someone else (Fischl, maybe?).

The new abyss is actually a crazy DPS test. If moga barely beat it, I have no chance as an f2p who still uses hutao which is only good for single target enemies.

If you have xianyun plunge dps hu tao outperforms her charged attacks and does decent aoe pyro damage around her. You should give it a try if you have her. I run hu tao, Furina, yelan and another hydro for better hydro application then xianyun. I get 250-300k pyro plunges with c0 Hu Tao on jade spear. So if you have any cons and her sig you’ll do even better. Makes Hu tao more fun imo.

I did 12-1-2 with HuTao, Furina, Mona, Barbara. Tried bunch of different teams, mainly had trouble with the fire shields, which is why I had that many hydro, but then I was lacking damage, so brought HuTao as a test, was surprisingly easy. Initially ran through 2nd half with Ayaka, Ganyu, Furina, Barbara and got 2, 3, 3 stars. Kinda weird teams, was just trying to counter the fire shields and I don't have Neuvilette, Ayato, Nilou or Kokomi.

money cant fix skill issue if theres no intent of getting better, and moga is not really a content creator for guides, you can 36* if you learn the game with a hyperbloom and a national team

To be fair, the odds of getting 9 stars in floor 12 this abyss is much more difficult compared to last rotation, but just because he barely beat it doesn’t mean you can’t. His units are probably better than yours, but he still has room for improvement with artifacts and rotations. With that being said, Hu Tao is definitely not the best for this, since this abyss is more AoE focused.

It replaces abyss, one resets start of the month the other around the 15th. Generally same amount of content and imo it’s better this way since doing the same abyss for the 2nd time is pretty repetitive.

Surprisingly little suffering, considering how hard this Abyss was. I guess Neuvilette really does make floor 12 second half easy. Had to bust out Mona personally for the fire shields.

Been a bit since the og Clorinde video but I have to say it was worth the wait because hearing moga sound so distraught at the bad artifact rolls and then hearing him call Arlecchino Archipelago made my day Edit: Only 30ks fully built and 40ks occasionally....man I remember before the beta nerf she'd do 50-60ks consistently and have a longer skill duration just at c0 not even sig, she's better then Cyno so a very small power scale but still man sadge

I basically agree with your assessment at the end. The best team that I found for Clorinde among characters that I had built was Nahida, Zhongli, Clorinde, Fischl/Yae Miko (I prefer Yae, but I'm not sure that it is actually optimal. My Yae is C2 though, so...). Zhongli feels almost mandatory for the interrupt resistance. Perhaps with C2, she might not need Zhongli as much. I also think that in terms of comfort, she benefits from having teammates that need a little bit of time on field for their setups. Certain team compositions felt awkward because you would finish the entire rotation faster than the cooldown on her Skill, so you would switch back to Clorinde and need to wait for her to be off cooldown. The Nahida, Zhongli, Yae Miko, Clorinde team was pretty comfortable in that regard.

i disagree alot and believe its clearly a skill issue. As her dashes are so abundant that as long as you go towards the right place you wont even need to preserve them, if you play fast enough she dashes so much that sh will avoid attacks without even realizing it i played her in first half of abyss and had no problem with interruptions

Since Fischl generates so much energy, she can be better since u can burst every rotation without building any er but her burst isn’t mandatory and ur yae is c2 so… probably more damage anyways? Also, a big part of clorinde’s kit is that she can self-sustain with the healing you get from skill and since defensive utility is a struggle in aggravate teams (bc you want both nahida and Kazuha and losing either is a big dps loss), you can technically forego running a shielder or healer and go nahida Kazuha, which is the leg up she has on other electro dps units. That being said, it doesn’t always feel great running her solo-sustain, but when she can, she feels much much stronger.

I CAN run her without Zhongli, but I see absolutely zero reason to do so when she is so much more effective and efficient with Zhongli.

You can use clorinde with furina. And with Furina's burst will make Clorinde's healing will be way better. Also Clorinde can be healed when she's not in her skill state.

The floor 12 chamber one was painful without neu im a small spender and my dpses had their best early constellation (clorinde c4 wanderer c2) but i still struggled in the chamber 1 im glad i pulled for neu on his rerun otherwise i wouldnt be able to 36 star the abyss

In a recent video from Zajef77 he said, that Clorinde heals about 2k, but with a healing bonus circlet the heals jumped to 9k. So if you need healing for her, a healing bonus circlet could be a solution.

completed the new abyss with my c0 chlorinde and she is really decent, not broken like arno or nevil but still pretty good. Struggled quite a bit on 12.1 (mostly because nahida sucks for waves of monsters) but comfortably destroyed bosses in chambers 2 and 3. I'm glad her damage is good enough for abyss with zhongli on the team cause using her with no shield sucks ass)

instead of Zhongli you could try slotting in Baizhu. His shield is weaker, but it still does it's job providing interrupt resist, plus he'll increase dendro reaction damage. Edit: I didn't realize he was using Baizhu with Neuvi

i definetely think that shes a dps that depends on the skill of the player. If you play well you can run no sustain on your team and be completely fine because unlike neuvilette who alsoself sustains she was a dash to help her dodge attacks and stuff. I ran nahida kazuha fischl and had no problems 35 staring with neuvilette on the second half shes definetely top tier with neuvi and arle if you play well

this abyss is crazy hard. My characters are really well build (got 14 in the top 10% on akasha, 9 of them being in the top 5%) and I am still not being able to clear this abyss with 36 stars???? Most of my characters even have their signature weapon like... wtf? at this point, do they want us to whale?

Its a massive hydro dps check against pyro shields, feels like. Guess who doesn't own Neuvilette, Ayato, Nilou? Did it with Mona (and Furina+Barbara) with HuTao when no shields.

@@donkeyfunclub Yeah, 36 stars. 1st halves: Clorinde, Nahida, Fischl, Kazuha. 2nd halves: Ayaka, Ganyu, Furina, Barbara. Janky team with 12-1-2 in mind, got only 2 stars on it, but just finished rest of floor 12 with 3 stars in rest of chambers. Then came back to experiment with teams for 12-1-2. Finally got 3 stars on it too with the janky HuTao, Mona, Furina, Barbara team. Was happy with that and called it the day.
