Yeah, damage aside, his kit works and makes sence and its is a joy to play. Kuki visual desing is awesome but kit is all over the place, clunky, low damage, low healing, weird scaling. I dont get it...

I love his transitions between skills, Normal and Charged Attacks. It's fun to get a couple Normal to get the Declension stacks, then do so Charged to staggered/get a group hit on the smaller mobs and then just unlease the full power of his E then (Charged Attack again) and then Q.

Why normal to get Declension stacks? His charged has no icd, so it'll be a stack for each charged.

@@Elia2Tu i forgot to mention before all that i need to apply some sort of Elemental Status as well then i'll do some Normal Attacks cause he gets his Declension stacks/each Swirl Reactions. Also it will be a waste of Stamina to do like 4 - 5 Charged Attacks to get the full Declension Stacks vs doing a couple quick jabs and kicks with Normal.

Quick tipp for the cryo hypostasis: just stay right next to it when it goes into the shield phase. You don't need to run so much after every ball, bc it doesn't throw them that far away. And you can also use a charged bow shot to move them without using stamina!

@@Comfy_Bed ye cuz highest dps chars from 4 stars are xiangling and beidou People classify them as support just becuz they are doing dmg off field and not like a main dps but usually in most teams they are in, they do the highest dps out of the 4 char team. Heizou is no way near.

@@rohanvirus "great" build heizou has 12k dps off field (for mine 16k) while other one need to be on field (for xiangling if er she will lack of dmg, otherwise long recharge burst) bendou good cuz she is electro which mean it can reacts with other elements to make more damage. Imo u shouldn't compare a hypermaxed c6 xiangling/bendou for a c0 heizou

i finally got him after reluctantly using some starglitter to buy one wish since i was close to 4* pity, thankfully it was him that time but my god does he hit hard. i couldn't get him past level 40 but put xiao's artifacts on him with lost prayers, he hit 15k for each crit?? might sound low but i was impressed

for the abyss ruin serpent, if u hit the glowing parts when its charging up the goofy attack, itll get paralyzed in the same way it does if u break the ooze for the chasm one, and thats a really good time to hit it because it cant duck back underground :)) edit: around 21:35 you can see near its head how it has 4 sections where its glowing, thats where u gotta hit

Also, if you're trying to get the exact damage he'd do, you have to fight lv90 enemies. Level difference does affect damage so you get a bonus if you're higher leveled and a penalty if they're higher than you.

@@tachyon3.14 f12 haas enemies guaranteed to be higher than you so you'll suffer a damage penalty even with max lv characters. plus you'll get smacked much harder by them. even if you somehow have the same exact stats as lv70 and at lv90, just being higher leveled means less damage you take and more you deal

8:58 Adding to this, the debuff from Monas burst is actually applied right away, all popping the bubble does is start the timer for it. This is what enables freeze stalling teams for example

a tip for the cryo hypostasis is when it’s in its healing phase- stand next to it so the spike balls land close to it, saving you lots of time.

I'm sure someone probably said that already, but if you want to get his stacks as quickly as possible, just spam his charged attacks his normals have a standard internal cooldown(they swirl on every 3rd hit) but his charged attacks don't have ICD, which means they swirl every time

Yun jin on his team is really good for auto attacks as well. I run Heizou, Bennett, Zhongli and Yun jin and Heizous auto attacks get up to 20k

Tip for future 4 star raising and GOD MODE vids: maybe for raising vids keep the character at c0, then c6 them for GOD MODE. Keeps the raising vids as a f2p showcase (constellations aren’t really f2p accessible unless the character was already available for a while), while the GOD MODE vids show the character at max potential (that you are capable of reaching at the time).

Heizou works really well with the national team (but to be fair everyone does) Heizou also works and the driver for an electro charged team And the fact that he can use vv which is undeniable the most broken artifact set is really useful I love that he isnt niche at all (unlike his other inazuman buddies) A very good unit for a 4* and fun too, definitely would choose to use him over xiao any day

You should try a taser team with him It is Heizou Raiden(Fischl,Miko) Yelan( water dude) and anyone else like zhongli or jean etc I really like this team, also Heizou should have full anemo set

People who don't play or owning heizou always say he only playable on element skill but take a look at his charged attack.. can be cancel animation(spam able). For example my f2p C6 heizou with 4star weapons high crit chance stat can do 100k elements and 60k burst every 12secs, charged attack can be spam 1/ 0,8s (2k+8k/hit from first and charged attack) so while waiting for skills recharge we can do 100k in around 8-9s if they good at cancel his charged. So there's a reason why people called him a 4star-anemo raiden

I got him to C3 lvl 90 and lvl 12 E. I was skeptical but I cleared abyss 2nd part with plenty of time left using Heizou, Yelan, Zhongli and Albedo. 1st half is certainly made for Kazuha. His E does 80k Damage with Yelan and Zhongli. I decided that I will now crown his E. I have no primos left and the last 20 pulls gave me 2 Thomas T_T.

Sacrificial would probably be good on him too so he can one punch faster. He gets stacks back per swirl so could go skill, ult, skill with some luck in an AoE situation

The dmg loss apparently isn't worth it, though still viable. Ultimately, it seems like Heizou is better suited to swirls and reactions, even if you are building him for his direct dmg. Heizou national or Heizou taser are extremely great teams that are better than a Heizou nuke team with Mona.

@@DarkFrozenDepths His swirls and transformative reactions do more dmg yes. If you use Sacrificial, you should also build him entirely for EM and just go for reactions. Basically, he is best going full anemo dps or going full EM.
