To be fair,Theseus was a Guardian of the Sister's Horses,so Kratos had no option but fight him as the Athens's Mayor refuses to accept the Spartan's mercy for being an Old man and a Mythology Hero while Perseus,the Last Spartan,the Barbarian King and Icarus also wanted to see the Sister too and thought that killing Kratos was a test.
