Only ryzen 9 and intel i9 have enough power to really run this thing smooth with stable FPS. All other cpu-s would run it but with super stuttery frame rate.

@@AlterX_PC Yeah,and that's why is pretty meaningless to even use it.On medium level PCs this thing is a pain and not really worth it. Maybe in few more years CPUs would be much stronger so PS3 emulation would be better. It was the same with PS2 emulation,back in the days you really need top of the line PC to run it with good framerate,and now even laptops with mainstream GPUs can run it on 60fps.

No, the Notebook i5 12400 is weaker than the Desktop i5 12400, which can no longer maintain 60fps most of the time But you will still be above 45fps

I have an i5 13400f + rtx 4060 + 16gb ram But in 720(recommendation) resolation i just get 45 or 50 fps with your setting but you get 60 fps in 4k setting, so what should I do now?
