So hyped for this. I always loved God Of War even though i only got to play the psp one and ascension (didn't finish it though) . I was "on" xbox before next-gen. Played ascension on PS NOW trial. Going to miss his iconic swords and the greek setting though. And how the hell did he get there?

For those asking "where are the Blades of Athena/Sparta?", remember he lost/discarded all his weapons during his final battle with Zeus. While I'm certainly going to miss them (assuming that they won't be in this game), I'm looking forward to seeing the new weapons Kratos gets. Assuming that the axe will be more of a power weapon, I wonder if he'll have a more light, quicker weapon to use....then again the gameplay mechanics may be totally and completely different altogether now.

what if this is just a different timeline; one where he doesn't get involve with the greek gods. greek and norse mythology have existed side by side you know. i think in this timeline his son might be the sole survivor. (probably gets tricked by loki) though i doubt kratos dies(can't kill kratos). will he inherit his father's stripes? who knows, can't wait to play this :D
