God of War Infinite Red Orbs Glitch (Oracle Temple)

In this glitch, if you trapped two harpies at a time, you will get 300 orbs in approximately 40-45 seconds. Trapping only one harpy will double the time. It is the earliest possible red orbs glitch in the game.

While this version of the glitch is easier to setup, the harpie at the Trial of A still gives more orb per minute. Although I don't think these harpies fire dive so you could just rubber band L1 and go AFK much earlier in the game.

Remember, it only works on first wave of harpies. The ones come after don't drop orbs.

I can confirm it still works but if u just want to watch KZbin or be idle while getting red orbs all you have to do it just jump on top of the statue

Just tried this and worked like a charm. I didn't even need to use L1 hold pose as I just moved the top where the statues were taken from and they have those health/Magic chests. I just stood there and the orbs kept gathering up without any harpies following me. Let's see how long it lasts. 😅

I came across something similar one day when a harpy fell off of a ledge but didn't quite die. The screen was shaking non-stop and I had maxed out every weapon. It's too bad that I died soon after before hitting a save point. I never got that many orbs again, not even after beating the game.

If you combine this with the Infinite Magic glitch while using Lv2 Medusa Head's flash, you can get +30 Orbs for every Harpy not glitched out to get even more even faster. EDIT: You can also use the normal Gaze move with Medusa's head. It gives the same result.

The infinite magic trick and this harpie trapping glitch should not be combined. If we trap the harpies like above, the spawn rate of the new harpies will be halved because of the two undead trapped ones. So if we use the infinite magic trick while having trapped harpies, we will get less orbs than what we will actually get with using only the infinite magic trick.

Combine this with the Medusa head infinite magic glitch to stone the other harpies. 30 orbs each stone.

If we combine both tricks, only few harpies will be flying. So this will be inefficient. I have also tested the combined trick. But that is not as fast as the stoning alone trick.

That's not effective. When we do the freezing trick, we need all the available harpies to get the max red orb bonus. When we combine both, the harpy spawn rate will be reduced because we trap 2 of them behind statues. So we will get much less red orbs bonus. I read the madusa chamber with the minotaurs is fastest easiest way you use the first magic spell u get every 2 secs and it does like 1000 hits and u get like 1500 orbs I'm lowkey thinking bout starting over but I literally just got to the area with the god in the distance and u gotta go left towards I believe Athena 😩 if I restart that's a good 2-3 hrs plus looking for the damn chest for health eye and magic feathers fuuuuck does it stop at 300 orbs or does it just keep going I been playing the series and both ascension and chains of Olympus I maxed everything but it seems like the red orbs are much hard to earn on this game 😩

Once you trapped a Harpy, don't get too close to the statues. Because other Harpies will try to attack you and sometimes they will hit the trapped ones and will release them.
