"Swingy Rope" hehe 🤭 Quinn's high levels of BTU handsomeness heating up the controller again when he handed it over i see 😉 & good effort by all of you taking on that Beigadr enemy & nice one Quinn for doing the most damage! & ya all got some good upgrades that 'Amulet of Illusion' sounds like it'll come in handy for future battles! & always fun listening to Mimir's riddles, even Kratos liked one! Great stuff guys! & liked the 'Bow & Arrow' pose Quinn did at the end there! ^_^ 💙💚❤️

I'm FINALLY caught up 🥲 I've been joining the lives instead of watching videos in a timely manner 🤣 my notes *AHEM* 🧐 1) Lock on (R3) all Berserker fights to keep them in eyesight. If they zip across the field or up in the air, you'll have to reset it. Answer does this a lot! 2) Your spear runic and R2 (hold button) attack siphon whatever element your enemy has, which can be used back on them (element only sticks to spear) 3)1:02:05 Idk check the tape Quinn, because I've only seen Oak use L1 + triangle 🤣 which is different than using plain triangle btw 4) Answer, stop reading my mind, because I was going to say the EXACT same thing about the Axe dead eye runic for Berserkers 😂 Basically, the axe will follow them across the field even if they disappear and stagger them. It may not look as cool as other runics, but don't confuse style over substance 😆 5) I would recommend using Atlas Eruption heavy blades runic (just mash R2 when using) it's light-years better than the one you have now, which has been missing a lot and not doing a ton of damage. It has a heavy cooldown time but is worth it AND you can always increase your cooldown by selecting the right amulet enchantments. Just a thought! I think Quinn could have totally beaten the Berserker. You've gotta slow down and have faith in yourself Quinn! All of their moves are hard to dodge, because they have a slight pause. We see the red and panic dodge but pause half a second and then dodge. Aternate between going offensive and defensive. He'll eventually catch you off guard if all you're doing is trying to throw punches. WHEW okay I had a lot to get off my chest 🤣 I have more things, but I'll save it for the next video 😆 Thanks for the entertainment as always, fellas! 😋

Another fun playthrough! There's still some undiscovered things to do in this realm but if you want a change of scenery and something different, then don't forget you still have stuff to do in Alfheim (the desert realm with the elves). There's a whole other half of that realm to do with some pretty fun side stuff. I think you can also go to Musphelheim (the fire realm). Its a fun side quest thing to do there as well and you can get a lot of upgrade materials and other good stuff. I would do story next tho so that you mix it up some more. Plus you won't get any Heavy Ruinic attack for the Spear until you advance in the story a lil bit more. Make sure you guys use your spear more often. You also have other runic attacks you can use. I recommend you change some of them. 1 or 2 of them takes a while to do and you have other quicker runics you can use. I also notice you guys still take way too many hits when you don't need to. Its MANY attacks that the Berserker was doing that you coulda just blocked. As far as the ones you need to dodge, just make sure you get your timing down. His projectiles can track you so if you dodge too early, you'll still get hit. Or he'll just see you dodge too early and he'll turn and throw it where you dodged. Those fights are NOT about trying to finish quickly. The more you rush and try to spam attacks quickly to finish the fight faster, the more you die. You gotta learn to take your time a lil more and not rush it. Analyze the fight and learn what your enemy is doing. You can't see any of that if you're trying to play offense the whole time. 27:21 Rule of thumb in this game Quinn, if you can get an enemy down half way or more (which you did twice in your first 2 rounds) then you can absolutely do it. Just gotta believe in yourself more. Use all of your weapons. You have 3 weapons now and you've only used runics for 2 of them, and thats only sometimes. You also have rage and a resurrection stone. Try not to spam attacks too much or rush him. He likes to move around a lot and throw projectiles so either let him come to you or throw your spear/axe. Dodge red attacks and stun attacks, and block everything else. You try and rush him too much and run head first into attacks without blocking when you don't need to do that. Take your time. Once you get that stuff down you'll be good, but you have to believe in yourself a lil more. You have all the tools you need. You did a lot better than you give yourself credit for. 1:02:31 Quinn is actually the only one that does the regular triangle attack for the Blades. 😂 Not the L1 + Triangle. Thats a different attack. Oak is the one that did the L1 + Triangle attack with the Blades a few times from what I recall. Answer did the regular triangle attack for the axe. No one's really done the regular triangle attacks or L1 + Triangle attacks for both weapons yet in battle. And now you have 3 weapons so its even less now. 1:16:12 The evade can possibly help in some ways but its not gonna do much for you if you don't know how and when to dodge properly. Its not about dodging further away all the time. He sends attacks at you that can reach you wherever you go. So dodging "straight" backwards when he's sending an attack STRAIGHT at you won't work. You have to dodge to the side. He's also sending attacks that strike down on you multiple times and it tracks where you're about to go so you have to pay attention to that. You can get all the upgrades you want, but some of the enemies in this game are going to require you to not just depend on tougher armor and better runic attacks. You gotta get better at the combat as a whole or you won't be able to beat some of these enemies. Either that or you're gonna have to crank the difficulty down to easy and try to beat them like that. 1:18:39 Quinn is right. You put your Blades away so you didn't actually use your L1 + Triangle ability Oak. While you are the only one for the most part to do that skill, you often end up wasting it because you put your Blades away right away. Its not a one off attack. You super charges the blades for a lil while by doing that and then you have to keep attacking with it. If you call your axe or freeze in battle without attacking then you end up just wasting the skill. 1:32:25 I think you can actually throw your spear further than your axe. You mighta been able to get it from that spot with the spear.

The Emblem Of Elusion wasn't making any difference for you because you guys have too low of cooldown stat for it. It shows you when equipping it that it requires a 60 cooldown. That's why it was a darker grey when you were equipping it, you didn't meet the requirements to get its ability.

When a berserker is levitating above before they do their attack, throw your axe or spear to stun them and they’ll fall back down. I always liked getting couple spear in them and wait for them to fly up to detonate. With allot of berserkers require precise time of dive or block which as you already know can be very frustrating. I’m playing give me god of war difficulty and they are more relentless

Additionally you all could totally do it but it’s all about timing. try swapping between different runics in your inventory that are shorter attacks. You may drop in damage but they’re faster and take less time. It’s works better when they jump around a lot

Great job guys!! Good playthrough. Do the aiming Ax light runic TRUST ME!! It auto aims, you just have to hold down L1 AND R1 (edit: then sweep your right joystick over the baddie til there's 6 x's, then let go). Try it again, it's such a good damage and stun. And when it's hitting you can switch to another weapon. Upvote if you agree, really want them to try this one again.

Alright, now that you have 3 Jotunheim enchantment pieces you're going to want to use those so that you increase your rage based on your Vitality. Then you're going to want to equip the Sol's Spaulders of Courage. They allow you to consume rage when you receive a hit that would be lethal, so you effectively have two health bars because you stay in the fight until your rage is completely gone. The Survival Wraps and Belt are want you want for your arms and waist; they don't have any armor perks or activations but once you upgrade them to level 7 they get significant stat boosts across all stats so you wont be hurting for things like Cooldown and Runic. Since the stat spread doesn't kick in until level 7 though, you may want to substitute with other armor pieces until they're properly upgraded. I also recommend applying the Valor Rage option as it doesn't consume a significant portion of rage with each use while also providing a quick health boost. Then you'll want to equip Vitality boosting weapon accessories for your blades, axe, spear and shield. The Stone Wall shield boosts Vitality so you're already on the right track. The down side to this particular build is that you have to be conservative with your rage and i know you guys really like to use it when you're in a pinch. All that being said, this is your playthrough so use whatever equipment you're comfortable with. I just wanted to highlight a build that can really carry you far in this game. And as always, if you're not playing inverted, you're wrong 👍🏻

If fighting a boss. Lock on him using R3. Difficult to parry? Use stonewall shield. The things in your amulet if it's not highlighted. That means it's not active unless the conditions is fulfilled.

Berserker health stone is far better than superior. Use your rage before you die. Then use your rage immediately after being revived

When berserkers first float in the air quickly throw spears or axe to knock them down. Especially if it’s an AOE attack that you cannot dodge , evade, or block The spear is especially good for this because you can leave undetonated spears in the berserker so when they float up again you and detonate them to quickly stop them and cause damage. Even if you just imbue spears in the enemy, you can also designate the spears before they try to do an attack on you, which would interrupt the attacks of your enemies.

Depends entirely on your body type. Bigger people need substantially more muscle to be able to do it. As a skinny person you don't really need to be that strong to climb hands only.

I don’t think it would be a big deal if you just simply Googled the keys to defeating certain enemies. That berserker is definitely one of the tougher ones. But he isn’t so hard once you understand his fight style and how to stun him. Like when he jumps in the air throw your spear at him as quick as possible. It will stop that attack that can’t be dodged. There’s no difference in looking it up and chat letting you know what’s up.

Y'all are literally gatekeeping yourselves by not progressing the main story. A lot of this content was intended to be played after completing the game or during certain points along the way (made very obvious to you by remarks by Mimir and others), not immediately as they are available to sidetrack. Not only will a lot of area/items currently inaccessible to you open up, but you will also have additional equipment/gear/runics/etc and wont feel so underleveled.
