I nap in the evening, then I'm up after midnight. I've always enjoyed the night when the world grows quiet. All my life, I've been a rooster rising an hour or so before dawn yet now I'm retired from the workforce, I've adopted this new routine. I find that ~3hrs of sleep at a time is sufficient for me to feel rested. As an elderly person, I don't have time to waste on excessive sleep🐱💃
