What a timely message of holiness for us all in our generation that think the Church can live anyhow because of grace. Some so called friends have left my life, and I am so glad they did because i know from the beginning we were never met to be. However, i am expecting some to still leave I don't mind standing alone to protect what I know its right in the sight of God. ( HOLINESS). SALVATION is individual. Narrow is the way that leads to life only few find it. Family rejected me even on the sick bed bleeding but Jesus sent someone I never knew to look after me ...But I recovered and GOD is faithful ... Let me tell you, them leaving you is a path of progress. I have been in that state. One cannot follow God and carry an idol with you, sometimes , God will allow some people to leave us so that we can be in alignment with his will. God is taking you to new places and journey you have never been to .Hold on steadfastly to God, he will beautify everything in his time. Amen

Can any man live Holy without the help of the Holy Spirit?

@voiceofreason9307, There's a difference between righteousness (God's impacted holy nature) and right living. Right living doesn't need the help of the Holy Spirit. You can use your mind and logically do what is right. But that kind of right is flawed because it doesn't depend upon God for Grace to live for Him. Hence, such right living is like a filthy rag in the sight of the Lord. That's just an external righteousness. On the account of the finished work of Christ, God wants to cleanse us from within. This is the internal working of the Holy Spirit that does a perfect work in our heart and our conscience, to help us stand perfect before God. Our duty in this whole process is to submit to the Holy Spirit's Instructions - Consecration.
