Thanks, I really needed that. Something definitely happened as I began reciting the affirmation. I could barely get through reciting the words the first minute or two without crying. Certainly felt something I will continue the affirmations 3 times a day. I am suffering from severe chronic back pain and will continue this along with suggestions from my doctor and chiropractor.

You can find the music on KZbin with "I am that I am meditation Dr. Wayne Dyer". It is composed of two 20 minute segments together (i.e. about 45-50 mins long with introduction). Anything longer than that has been adulterated from the original I am that I am sounds so you might want to avoid those. If you search "I am that I am meditation" you will find plenty from which to choose here on KZbin. You want the original which is about 45-50 minutes long and comes in two 20 minute sessions as given freely by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Anything longer has been adulterated. We could provide a link, but then don't want to seem like we're promoting any one channel over another as there are so many good ones out there and you have many options.

No, sorry we don’t know how to do that yet because it seems rather complex. We would have disclosed which frequency if we did use one for this reason. We hope it was not the music in this case and that it is some other factor so that you can continue to receive the healing you seek. 🙏

We thought the music would itself serve as a healing instrument when someone is not actively speaking the words but just meditating to this affirmation.
