I talk about being dragged into my office, that was not literally. What I mean is when people judge you to condemn you and they don't have any understanding of their own soul, neither can they relate, neither can they give you the words of Jesus they hid in their heart themselves to stop sinning. They are just glad they are not like you.
We are all pushed into to "fiery trials" that try our faith, our love. I didn't hide words in my heart to stop sinning myself, UNTIL I REALLY EXAMINED my own selfishness, as I beheld the selfishness, THE LOG in the eyes of others. Then I could go to others with a story and the Words that were saving me, and have judgement with mercy.
People who look down on others WILL BE UNBELIEVERS eventually. They don't have the faith to love, to be their brothers keeper. It's why people fall away from Jesus, they have faith to look down on others. "The last days will be perilous, men will love pleasure more than God, their love will grow cold, selfishness will abound"..
We all have doctrine that we live by. Adam and Eve lived by God's doctrine, then they lived by the Prince of the Air's doctrine that divided them. Everyone is proving what doctrine is worthy to live by, we are all dogmatic. We will be our brother's keeper or our brother's "look down on-er"... there are only two roles to play in the movie. When Adam and Eve looked down on the Words of the Father, and decided they should play God instead, they just changed Authority, doctrine the were of.
They owned the "doctrines of men that divide".instead of loving God and each other..... even people who say "I'm ok, your ok" to each their own, never brings unity. Flattery, isn't real unity at all. There is no "being your brother's keeper" until we can take the log out of our own eye to see clearly. Until we need to be forgiven for what we look down on others for, we will say we aren't offended, but we really are in the depth of our soul.
Everything Jesus said and did was to free people from their condemnation. He was condemned for love's sake. He didn't tell people they were fine, wonderful and beautiful when they were sick souls. He told the back snacker's they would die in their sin, why? Because that's what love does. Love doesn't promise people THE SPIRIT OF LIFE that walk after the flesh, and the doctrines of men that divide...
Mal.3. God is FIRE AND SOAP and he uses people to scrub us and refine us, if we get it, we won't be bitter, we will get better. We will be FAITHFUL unto the day of our death to help others get it too.
